Urgent Care Plus offers:

• A modern, quiet facility that is easy to access

• Efficient diagnosis and treatment in an outpatient setting

• On-Site expanded radiology services (including x-ray, CT scan and lower extremity ultrasounds)

• On-Site IV fluids

• Referrals to Springfield Clinic Primary Care and Specialty Care partners

• A clear pathway to the hospital when a higher level of care is needed

Urgent Care Plus offers referral-based ketamine therapy for eligible adult patients.

Ketamine therapy may be a treatment option for patients with refractory depression or chronic neuropathic pain when other treatment options have not been successful. Ketamine therapy is a self-pay service; insurance will not be billed.

Patients may be eligible for ketamine therapy with a referral from their treating physician and required testing for the following conditions:

• Treatment-resistant depression

• Palliative care

• Chronic refractory neuropathic pain

Patients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment and must have a referral from their treating physician.

Referring physicians outside of Springfield Clinic should use this form to submit a patient referral.
